°. Comité Operativo . El Comité Operativo es una instancia encargada de coordinar la operación de Subcomisiones que la Comisión Nacional Digital y de Información Estatal considere necesario establecer, para el estudio previo de temas que serán sometidos a consideración de la Comisión y que, de ser necesario, requieran ser estudiados por los Comités Técnicos. Este Comité será presidido por el Director del DNP o su delegado y estará conformado por designados que establezca la Comisión.
