El artículo 6º del Decreto 1735 de 1964 quedará así: Para el cobro por jurisdicción coactiva tendrá el valor de plena prueba sobre la calidad de legatario o heredero la certificación dada por el Administrador, Recaudador o Jefe de Liquidación de Impuestos Nacionales, expedida con base en los reconocimientos efectuados en el respectivo juicio de o sucesión.
