Cuando en un establecimiento se produzca el cambio de Rector, de Secretario General, de Decanos de Facultades, de Secretarios de éstas o de local donde funcione el plantel, deberá darse aviso inmediato al Ministerio de Educación. El nuevo local deberá tener la patente de higiene correspondiente.
