Los procesos de selección del Sistema Especial de Carrera de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil comprenderán las siguientes etapas:
Convocatoria;
Reclutamiento;
Pruebas;
Conformación de la lista de elegibles;
Provisión de empleo;
Período de prueba.
