ARTICULO 89 . REGISTRO PUBLICO DE ESCALAFON DEL INSTITUTO NACIONAL PENITENCIARIO Y CARCELARIO, INPEC. Créase el registro público de empleados inscritos en la Carrera Penitenciaria y Carcelaria, el cual estará conformado por todos los empleados inscritos o que se llegaren a inscribir en el escalafón de la misma.
