º . Los representantes de la Sociedad Colombiana de Ingeniería Química y de las Universidades serán Ingenieros Químicos titulados y con matrícula. Este requisito no regirá para los integrantes del primer Consejo y ello solo mientras dure la organización y tramitación necesaria para poner en funcionamiento dicho Consejo.
