Cuando las personas perjudicadas fueren varias, podrán constituirse parte civil separada o conjuntamente.

Cada una podrá designar su apoderado especial; pero en la audiencia pública no podrá actuar un número mayor de apoderados de la parte civil que el de defensores o voceros.

Si para esto no se pusieren de acuerdo los interesados, corresponderá el derecho a aquellos que primero se hubieren constituido parte civil.
