La Corporación para la Reconstrucción y Desarrollo del Departamento del Cauca deberá someter a aprobación del Gobierno Nacional el proyecto de planta de personal, ajustado a lo dispuesto en el artículo 1o. del Decreto-ley 41 de 1989, si no lo hicieren, a partir del 1o. de agosto de 1990 no se aprobarán acuerdos de gastos para servicios personales.
