ARTICULO 3 º. El artículo 3º de los Estatutos Internos del Incora, quedará así: Articulo 3º . Jurisdicción y domicilio. La jurisdicción del Instituto se extiende a todo el territorio de la República, su domicilio es la ciudad de Santafé de Bogotá y podrá establecer dependencias o unidades seccionales en lugares distintos al de su domicilio.
