Las sociedades anónimas no abiertas podrán efectuar compromisos de apertura ante la Comisión Nacional de Valores durante el año de 1983, en virtud de los cuales adquirirán el derecho a ser reputadas sociedades abiertas para los años gravables de 1983 y 1984, y contraerán la obligación de tener la condición de abiertas durante el primer semestre de 1984. Las solicitudes deberán presentarse ante la Comisión Nacional de Valores a más tardar el 31 de agosto de 1983.
