En el título de los bonos y en el aviso de oferta deberá incluirse la advertencia a que hace referencia el artículo 16 del presente decreto y el artículo 15 del Decreto 1167 de 1980. Igual advertencia deberá hacerse en la publicidad relativa a la emisión en los términos que establezca la Comisión Nacional de Valores o cuando sea del caso, la Superintendencia Bancaria.
