La Empresa Territorial para la Salud, Etesa en Liquidación, continuará ejerciendo las funciones señaladas en el inciso 2° del artículo 3° del Decreto 175 del 25 de enero de 2010, hasta el 31 de diciembre del presente año, con excepción de las funciones fijadas por los artículos 14 y 20 de la Ley 1393 de 2010 a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud y a la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, DIAN, respectivamente.
