º En el contrato que de acuerdo con esta Ley se celebre con la Compañía del Ferrocarril del Pacifico, esta renunciará a todo reclamo de perjuicios por hecho u omisión del Gobierno anteriores a su celebración, y podrá estipularse que sus cláusulas no produzcan efecto sino mediante la consecución del empréstito y a partir de ella.
