Los Directores, o Gerentes de las empresas de servicio público como acueducto, energía eléctrica, telégrafos, teléfonos, radio, así como los gerentes, directores, administradores o propietarios de clínicas, empresas de transportes aéreos, hospitales, hoteles, lecherías, periódicos, etc., deben pasar con cinco días de anticipación a los respectivos Delegados del Censo, la lista de los trabajadores que van a utilizar en los servicios el día nueve (9) de mayo, con el fin de que se les otorgue el salvoconducto correspondiente.
