º . Cruces de información . El Departamento Nacional de Planeación podrá celebrar convenios o acuerdos con entidades públicas y privadas para el cruce de la información que sea útil para los propósitos de los objetivos de los instrumentos de focalización. En todos los convenios que se celebren para este propósito, deberán incluirse cláusulas que garanticen la reserva de la información que goce de protección constitucional o legal. En ningún caso la información objeto de cruce podrá ser utilizada para propósitos comerciales o de servicios.
