El extranjero que habiendo sido deportado o expulsado, no abandonare el territorio nacional dentro de los treinta (30) días calendario siguientes a la ejecutoria del acto administrativo, podrá ser arrestado hasta por treinta (30) días de conformidad con el Artículo 18 del Decreto 522 de 1971 y se regulará de conformidad con el procedimiento establecido por el Código Nacional de Policía.
