A la muerte de un suboficial en goce de sueldo de retiro sus herederos legales en el orden establecido en el Código Civil, recibirán por una sola vez el valor del sueldo de retiro por el extinto correspondiente a un año, suma que pagara la Caja de Suboficiales en virtud de un fallo de la Comisión, previos los comprobantes legales.
