Desde el 1º de octubre próximo auméntase a veinte centavos la ración alimenticia diaria que deben recibir los presos pobres de la Cárcel del Circuito de Zapatoca, y que están a cargo de la Nación. Por conducto de la Dirección General de Prisiones sométase este Decreto a la aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo, y si fuere aprobado, comuníquese y publíquese. Expedido en Bucaramanga a veinticuatro de septiembre de mil novecientos veinte.
