La Junta Directiva Y El Gerente Presentarán Al Gobierno Nacional, Dentro De Los Ciento Ochenta (180) Días Siguientes A La Fecha Del Presente Decreto, Los Estudios Técnicos Complementarios De Los Ya Realizados Con Recomendaciones Sobre Su Planeamiento Físico

La Junta Directiva y el Gerente presentarán al Gobierno Nacional, dentro de los ciento ochenta (180) días siguientes a la fecha del presente Decreto, los estudios técnicos complementarios de los ya realizados con recomendaciones sobre su planeamiento físico. Con base en los mismos, el Gobierno mediante Decreto determinará el área de la Zona dentro del Municipio de Cúcuta.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno podrá prorrogar hasta por ciento ochenta (180) días el término establecido en este artículo, en caso de ser indispensable para la realización de los estudios.
