En consideración a la naturaleza específica de los elementos que adquieren las Fuerzas Militares, los Establecimientos Públicos, las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado y las Sociedades de Economía Mixta adscritos o vinculados al Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, continuarán rigiéndose conforme a las disposiciones legales y reglamentos vigentes, sin sujeción a lo dispuesto en el Decreto Ley 2370 de 1968.
