Al final de cada año el contratista presentará al Ministerio respectivo un mapa geológico y un perfil transversal de la parte explorada o explotada, con una memoria explicativa, en la cuál dará cuenta de los trabajos que haya ejecutado en el mismo tiempo, todo lo cual deberá estar de acuerdo con las disposiciones reglamentarias.
