Las federaciones deportivas nacionales estarán constituidas por ligas o por clubes.

Parágrafo

Las federaciones deportivas nacionales que cuentan con deportistas aficionados y profesionales, podrán organizar divisiones, secciones o comisiones especializadas, de acuerdo con los mandatos del presente decreto y los reglamentos que se dicten, para un mejor ordenamiento de su actividad.
