° Nombrase Ingenieros Ayudantes, primero y segundo, de la misma Comisión, a los señores Gustavo Téllez y Humberto Bruno, con la asignación de $ 800 mensuales cada uno. Dichos Ingenieros Ayudantes solamente se posesionarán y entrarán en funciones en la fecha que se señale por Decreto especial de Gobierno, cuando sus servicios sean precisos para iniciar los trabajos sobre terreno. En Decreto se señalará la fecha de partida, desde la cual empezarán a devengar el sueldo correspondiente.
