De la competencia para el reconocimiento civil de las instituciones creadas por la iglesia católica . Corresponde exclusivamente al Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social resolver acerca de las solicitudes de reconocimiento civil de las instituciones del subsector privado, creadas por la Iglesia Católica, previa demostración de su existencia canónica. Para este efecto se adjuntará a la solicitud, de conformidad con el concordato celebrado con la Santa Sede, copia autentica de la disposición eclesiástica por la cual se creó la institución.
