Previa disponibilidad presupuestal, la entidad territorial certificada podrá conceder un pasaje aéreo de ida y regreso entre la capital del departamento en que laboran y la capital de la República, o su equivalente en dinero, a los docentes y directivos docentes que laboran en las sedes de los establecimientos educativos estatales, ubicadas en áreas rurales de difícil acceso, correspondientes a los departamentos de Amazonas, Arauca, Caquetá, Casanare, Guainía, Guaviare, Vichada, Vaupés, Putumayo.
