Artículo veintiuno. Concédese plazo de noventa (90) días a las empresas de que trata el artículo 2º del presente Decreto, a partir de su vigencia, y a los representantes, vendedores o agentes viajeros, para presentar la información, las primeras, y las solicitudes de licencia, los segundos. En casos especiales el Ministerio podrá ampliar el plazo.
