En los municipios o distritos donde no se haya designado más que un curador urbano, en los términos establecidos en el artículo 6º de este decreto y el artículo 101 de la Ley 388 de 1997, la entidad municipal o distrital encargada de estudiar, tramitar y expedir las licencias continuará prestando ese servicio.
