LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.4.1.2.2.28. Catálogo de Clasificación Presupuestal. El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público de conformidad con lo establecido por el artículo 92 de la Ley 1530 de 2012 y demás normas que lo modifiquen o sustituyan, definirá el catálogo de clasificación presupuestal. A partir del 1 de enero del año 2021 dicho catálogo deberá ser implementado por las entidades beneficiarias de asignaciones directas y las ejecutoras de recursos del Sistema General de Regalía
