Art. 673. Los modos de adquirir el dominio son la ocupación, la accesión, la tradición, la sucesión por causa de muerte i la prescripción.

De la adquisición de dominio por estos dos últimos medios se tratará en el Libro De la sucesión por causa de muerte , i al fin de este Código.
