Destinase la totalidad del producto de la estampilla de la Cruz Roja Colombiana, creada por medio de la Ley 9ª de 1934, para auxiliar la Cruz Roja Colombiana, previa deducción de los gastos de impresión de dicha estampilla.

El mencionado producto, una vez hecha la deducción anterior, será entregado a la Sociedad Nacional de la Cruz Roja.
