ARTICULO 310. Circunstancias de agravación punitiva. La pena para los delitos descritos en los Artículos anteriores se aumentará de la tercera parte a la mitad, en los casos siguientes: 1o. Si el delito se realizare en persona menor de catorce años. 2o. En la hipótesis prevista en el numeral 3o. del Artículo 306. 3o. Si la conducta se realizare con el fin de llevar la víctima al extranjero.
