Requisitos. La comunicación sobre fletamento o arrendamiento de naves deberá ser remitida a DIMAR con la siguiente información

Nombre, bandera, armador, fletador, fletante, características generales, clasificación y especialidad y club de protección e indemnización de la nave.

Servicio o destinación que se dará a la nave, indicando los puertos y fechas de cargue y descargue.

Tipo de fletamento y viajes o tiempo de duración del mismo.

Fechas aproximadas de arribo.

Clase y cantidad de carga a transportar, relacionando los usuarios correspondientes y el valor del flete.

Agente marítimo nominado para atender la nave.
