° El Tesorero de la extinguida Junta, del Acueducto de Buenaventura rendirá una cuenta detallada, y comprobada de los fondos invertidos hasta ahora en las obras a su cargo; y la Junta Directiva del Ferrocarril del Pacífico recabará dichas cuentas, que serán pasadas, por conducto del Ministerio de Obstas Publicas, a la Contraloria General, para el estudio y fenecimiento
