Actividades económicas de las propiedades horizontales. Las propiedades horizontales y las juntas de acción comunal que desarrollen actividades permanentes de esparcimiento, similares a las desarrolladas como actividades económicas, deberán cumplir para su realización con los requisitos previstos en la Ley 1801 de 2016.
