A ser nombrado un Capellán debe presentarse, si se trata de la capital, al Ministerio de Guerra, y si se trata de otra guarnición al Comando de ella, y tomar posesión de su cargo ante la entidad que aquél determine. Si esta es distinta del Comando del Cuerpo en que ha de desempeñar sus funciones, debe en seguida presentarse también a éste.
