Art. 2.° El Ministro de Instrucción Pública, de acuerdo con los Presidentes de las Academias y Sociedades mencionadas, asignará á cada una de ellas local propio, destinará un salón para reuniones y conferencias públicas y reglamentará el funcionamiento regular y armónico de tales entidades.
