Aclárase el artículo 7° de la Ley 79 de este año en el sentido de que la cantidad condonada al señor Guillermo O. Hurtado no es de mil quinientos pesos ($ 1,500) sino la que resulte de la liquidación de la cuenta del Administrador de Hacienda Nacional, señor Manuel Arboleda C., de que fue fiador el señor Hurtado.
