Las multas que se impongan con fundamento en el artículo anterior, se consignaran a favor del Tesoro Nacional en la respectiva oficina de recaudación de Hacienda Nacional, e ingresarán al Fondo de Seguridad Rural , como aporte de los Departamentos, Intendencias o Comisarias respectivos.
