° Cuando un patrono o empresa requieran los servicios de un trabajador, podrá solicitar el cupo de la vacante en el Departamento Nacional del Trabajo, el cual suministrará el personal respectivo, teniendo en cuenta el orden de inscripción, la capacidad profesional del aspirante, su estado civil y su situación económica.
