Certificados para ejercer derechos en asambleas. Cuando se expida un certificado para ejercer los derechos incorporados en acciones o en bonos en una asamblea de accionistas o de tenedores de bonos, el depósito centralizado de valores se abstendrá de registrar transferencias sobre tales títulos, mientras no se le restituya el certificado, o sea informado por la sociedad emisora o por el representante de los tenedores de los bonos que la asamblea se realizó.
