º Los reglamentos sobre operación, funcionamiento y organización de las Bolsas de Productos Agropecuarios, así como los demás reglamentos que se mencionan en este Decreto serán expedidos por su Junta Directiva. Tales reglamentos, los estatutos de dichas empresas y sus reformas, deberán ser autorizados por la Superintendencia de Sociedades o por otras autoridades, en este último caso cuando así lo disponga la ley.
