Usuarios . Podrán tener acceso a los servicios del depósito central de valores del Banco de la República, las entidades sujetas a la inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia y las personas que posean o administren los títulos o valores a que se refiere el artículo anterior, en las condiciones que establezca la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República.
