º Para acceder al beneficio del Incentivo Básico Industrial, los productores o coproductores de películas colombianas deberán remitir a la Compañía de Fomento Cinematográfico, Focine, previa a la primera a exhibición comercial de la película en territorio colombiano, copia del contrato de distribución que hayan celebrado. Cuando las producciones o coproducciones cinematográficas se hubieren realizado con créditos otorgados por la Compañía de Cinematográfico, Focine, los contratos de distribución deberán ser aprobados por esta empresa con anterioridad al inicio de su explotación comercial.
