La modificación de los macroproyectos será adoptada por el Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio siguiendo el mismo trámite previsto en la presente ley para su adopción. Tratándose de Macroproyectos Categoría 2, si la respectiva modificación no requiere de nuevos ajustes al Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial, la modificación se adelantará siguiendo el trámite previsto para los Macroproyectos Categoría 1.
