Orientar al público que se dirija a las oficinas del Ministerio acerca de la ubicación y las funciones generales de las diversas dependencias; b). Recibir, registrar, distribuir, recoger y despachar la correspondencia; c). Recoger y distribuir las comunicaciones internas; d). Radicar los documentos de valor; e). Organizar y controlar el servicio de mensajeros; f). Atender al envío y al recibo de las valijas diplomáticas.
