Decreto 3593 de 1982 · Por el cual se reglamenta el literal h) del artículo 2º del Decreto-ley 129 de 1976

Los Alcaldes deberán adoptar su decisión mediante resolución motivada y de acuerdo con los artículos 158 del Decreto-ley 1355 de 1970 y 9º del Decreto-ley 2055 de 1970 según la gravedad de la falta, podrán imponer las siguientes sanciones. á) Multas de un mil pesos ($1.000} a diez mil pesos ($ 10.000) moneda corriente; b) Cierre temporal de la sala, hasta por un término de seis (6) meses, en caso de reincidencia.

Parágrafo

Los Alcaldes Municipales deberán resolver dentro del plazo máximo de quince (15) días contados desde el día siguiente al recibo de la solicitud del Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
