Para el fiel cumplimiento de los que se dispone en el artículo anterior, el Ministerio de Comunicaciones podrá hacer los traslados que estime del caso, dentro de las partidas que corresponden al mismo Ministerio o hacer uso de la asignación que para tales casos figura en el Presupuesto.
