° No se permitirá la entrada a los carros de pasajeros a las personas que se hallen en estado de embriaguez o de locura furiosa, ni a los que lleven armas de fuego o instrumentos cortantes, contundentes, etc. Tampoco serán admitidos en los carros de pasajeros, ácidos, materias explosivas, etc; ni perros, pájaros u otros animales, aunque estén domesticados.
