Los concursos para ingreso a la Carrera se contraerán al número de cargos de provisión por dicho sistema. En caso de que el número de concursantes aprobados sea superior al de cargos de tal naturaleza, el ingreso se determinará por orden de calificaciones, que también se seguirá para llenar las vacantes que se presenten en la Carrera en ese mismo grado y durante el período.
