° Los miembros del Ejército en servicio activo, disfrutarán siempre de la rebaja del cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) a que tiene derecho el Gobierno para sus empleados en algunas empresas particulares, y gozarán también de la misma rebaja, en los en los ferrocarriles del Estado; mediante una comprobación expedida por el Ministerio de Guerra o por los Comandantes de guarnición, fuera de la capital.
